Author Details
Owen Danoff is an LA-based interviewer for Screen Rant who found his way into asking people questions through his first love: music. Owen is a writer, singer/songwriter, and whose journey has taken him from club stages to Off-Broadway pit bands to television appearances, with much in between.
Industry Focus
Owen loves covering all things musical for Screen Rant, and often interviews film composers and songwriters. In addition to music, Owen has a lifelong love of Star Wars and comedy. Any combination of the above is icing on the cake.
Favorite Media
Recent favorites include AppleTV+’s Schmigadoon! and Mythic Quest, Comedy Central’s Digman!, everything Star Wars, FX/X’s What We Do in the Shadows and Dave, and HBO’s Barry.
Owen is waiting patiently for Ahsoka and the Community movie, and is always hopeful for more Arrested Development.
